
Return Policy
F.H. Noble Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- Attached Items Policy: Any item with appliques or nameplates attached is considered used/customized, rendering it non-returnable and forfeiting the refund.
- Required Components: All original components must be included in the return package, including but not limited to:
o Washers
o Bolts
o Silicone(s)
o Instruction sheet(s)
o Name plate(s)
o Applique plate(s)
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.
- Approval Process: Items must be inspected and approved by F.H. Noble to ensure they meet the above criteria before a refund is issued.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
